We want you to be excited about our products! After 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please email email@example.com. In order to receive a refund you must send back any unused portion of the product at your expense. Once the product is received you will be refunded the full amount paid less shipping costs.
Making products available to as many people possible is very important to us. We do offer flat rate shipping for all international orders for $12. Packages are sent United States Postal Service (USPS) and may take up to 21 days. You would also be responsible for any taxes or VAT required by your country. Our hours vary over the seasons but try to respond to all inquiries within 2-5 days depending on weekends and holidays. If you tried to contact us and did not hear back, your message may have been caught in spam. Please use the Contact Page as these are sent to 3rd party before reaching our mail servers.
